BMX New Zealand were after a refresh for their identity, and came to WINTEC for us to create this. My vision was to re-name BMX NZ to BMX Aotearoa, and to try and sway the client to do this. The illustration is an angled view of a BMX track, and is also shaped to flow like a cloud — to represent the land of the long white cloud, Aotearoa. The southern cross sits over the BMX and illustration to further represent our country visually.
This included a professional final pitch to client.
